Encounter rare and endangered Hawaiian species, some extinct in the wild. Visit the living laboratory where scientists are still discovering the secrets of these plants. Wander beside an ever-changing stream through intriguing palms and exotic trees.
McBryde Garden is tucked away in the secluded Lāwa‘i Valley. Tour check-in is at the Southshore Visitors Center, a short distance from the Valley rim. Your tour includes Garden transportation into and out of the Valley, along a spectacular scenic route.

| Hours: | All tours include a tram ride between check-in point at the Visitors Center and the Garden, approx. 15 minutes each way. Trams depart from Visitors Center hourly on the half-hour mark as follows: Through May 31 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. Starting June 1 (later tour time added) 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m. |
